Employment for All (EFA) is a new, non-profit organization dedicated to the ideal that access to employment should be available to all persons with disabilities, regardless of severity or label. Began in 1999, EFA is a joint effort of a small group of colleagues who feel that it is necessary to clearly advocate for inclusive employment opportunities by assisting systems, organizations, employers, families and persons with disabilities to develop the strategies and values needed for full access to employment. Among its four founding members -- Joe Skiba, Norciva Shumpert, Melinda Mast and Michael Callahan -- EFA brings over 100 years of experience in the area of employment and rehabilitation services to the discovery of solutions in employment services. While we are in no way connected with Justice for All, the organization started by Justin Dart, we honor and respect its mission by embracing a similar name based on the idea that human values, opportunities and resources are for all citizens.
