1.  Discovery Gateway Training & Certification

·        3 Day Gateway Training (up to 45 attendees)

·        Training on Discovery, Profile, Plan and Visual Resume

§  Estimated Cost: $7,830 per class:

§  MG&A Consultant Training fee: $5,250

§  Estimated Travel Costs for Training: $1,868

§  Estimated 10% Administrative fee: $712

·        20-week Discovery Certification process

·        Interested participants are assigned a mentor for further instruction & support with application of Discovery, Plan, Profile & Visual Resume – helps establish performance-based proficiency in process

§  $850 per person obtaining Certification.  Certification fees are non-refundable. 

2.  Customized Job Development/Negotiation Gateway Training & Certification

·        3 Day Gateway Training (up to 45 attendees)

·        Training on the Concept Portfolio, Employer Needs/Benefits Analysis, Customized Approach to Job Development and Employer Negotiation strategies

§  Estimated Cost: $7,830 per class

·        20-week Certification process

·        Interested participants are assigned a mentor for further instruction & support with application of Review of Concept Portfolio, Employer Needs/Benefits, Negotiation, Review of practice presentation video, and Job Development contacts - helps establish performance-based proficiency in process

§  $850 per person obtaining Certification.  Certification fees are non-refundable. 

Participants who attend all 6 days of Discovery and Customized Job Development Training will receive the national Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services Basic Level with Emphasis in Customized Employment.

3.  Systematic Instruction Gateway Training & Certification

·        3 Day Gateway Training (up to 16 attendees for hands on training; additional 20 attendees can attend and observe)

·        Training on the 7-phase sequence activity based on the job analysis, instruction methods and fading techniques for supports which allow for an individual to maximize natural support and lessen reliance on paid support. 

·        Systematic Instruction requires an additional Trainer to assist with conducting the hands-on learning experience on Day 3 of the training, and also requires Consultant Learners to attend on Days 2 and 3 of the training to participate in hands-on learning activities

§  Estimated Cost: $11,117 per class

§  MG&A Consultant Training fee: $7,000

§  Estimated Travel Costs for Training: $3,106

§  Consultant Learner fee: $255

§  Estimated 10% Administrative fee: $1,011

·        20-week Certification process

·        Interested participants are assigned a mentor for further instruction & support with application of training of a learning partner, data collection, video examples of training demonstrating SI competencies, values and principles - helps establish performance-based proficiency in process

§  $1,000 per person obtaining Certification. Certification fees are non-refundable. 

Participants who attend all 9 days of Discovery, Customized Job Development and Systematic Instruction Training will receive the ACRE national Certificate of Achievement in Employment Services Basic Level.
